RealCloud is a real estate prospecting system that provides users with access to a truly massive property and property owner database (residential and commercial), an integrated CRM, and a smart auto-dialer function. 

All the information contained in the database, and rendered on a map for convenience, is not only extensive – RealCloud has records on over 100 million properties in the U.S. – but also highly detailed. Each database entry gives you the lowdown on the property’s mortgage and zoning status, permits, walk score, value, and… you name it!

The CRM section of RealCloud integrates neatly with the database and can be used as a standalone replacement for most real estate office software. Functions include effortless contact management, improved leads, correspondence, and prospect insights.

RealCloud also has an auto-dialer that’s an absolute god-send for larger businesses. It’s capable of recognizing disconnected calls, answering machines, busy tones, and human language. When someone picks up, the dialer automatically re-routes the call to an available agent, thereby maximizing speaking time.


Like RealCloud, Chime is an all-in-one solution that aims to increase user productivity while radically cutting down on the number of tools used. Chime provides a comprehensive way to gather leads, convert them into clients, and then activate them as sources of referrals and repeat business.

One of Pipedrive’s biggest virtues is the fact that it’s extremely easy to use. This makes it the perfect choice for first-time CRM software users – and especially for small businesses. 

Pipedrive has a drag-and-drop interface – essentially, a kanban board – which allows users to build an unlimited number of deal pipelines with the absolute minimum of effort. 

In addition, it offers highly customizable reports, user-friendly calendar and email integrations, and automated workflows. You can choose from 30 built-in templates or  easily create your own. Automated workflows are great at moving deals through your pipeline, scheduling meetings, or triggering emails. 

To make the product even more functional, Pipedrive has been actively working on updates. For instance, it recently added integrations for Zoom and Google Meet, project management with Monday and Trello, and accounting with Xero and Quickbooks.

As mentioned above, Pipedrive is a great pick for small businesses, but might be a bit too limited for larger ones. This is mainly due to the relative lack of email marketing tools and the fact that you have to pay extra for web forms and chatbots. Otherwise, you can’t go wrong with Pipedrive.
